Questions about integrity?

Do you have questions about integrity or suspect a violation? Our Integrity Advisor, Yousra Ben Alita, is here to help. It’s completely normal to have questions about what integrity entails, when something qualifies as a violation, and what you can do if you are a witness or victim of a potential breach.

Staff, volunteers, and others can confidentially reach out for advice. The integrity advisor acts as a guide, helping you understand Congodorpen’s integrity framework and explore the available routes. Confidentiality is paramount the advisor is always bound by confidentiality, except in cases of serious and immediate threats to individuals or the organization.

Filing a complaint

Would you like to file a complaint? Submit your complaint via the form below or send an email to complaint@congodorpen.org. 

All complaints are handled with strict confidentiality. Only our complaints manager has access to the report information. Personal data is not shared without the reporter’s consent. If necessary, other individuals may be involved later in the complaint-handling process.

Complaints are processed in an objective and independent manner, in accordance with our integrity policy and the ethical guidelines of Congodorpen. After your complaint has been submitted, we will discuss the next steps together.
